These Terms govern your use of imjonrivera.com (the "Site"), operated by Fan Bridge Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

  1. Use of the Site. You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business information purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens it, sending spam through the contact form, or uploading malicious code.
  2. Content and intellectual property. The Site's text, photos, design and logos are owned by us or Jonathan Rivera, or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Press materials on /media may be used for editorial coverage of Jonathan Rivera. Any other use requires our written permission.
  3. No professional advice. Content on the Site is general information about marketing. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Any services are provided only under a separate written agreement.
  4. No guarantee of results. See our Disclaimer at /disclaimer.
  5. Third-party links. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content, products or policies.
  6. Submissions. When you send us a message, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don't send confidential information through the form.
  7. Disclaimer of warranties. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and Jonathan Rivera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to US $100.
  9. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
  10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Call and text messaging is governed by our SMS Policy (/sms-policy), not by these Terms' browse-to-accept wording.
  11. Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
