SMS and Calling Policy

Program. "Fan Bridge Media / Jonathan Rivera updates" is a text messaging and calling program run by Fan Bridge Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 1100 Brickell Bay Drive, Miami, FL 33131 ("we", "us").

How you join. You join only by entering your mobile number on the imjonrivera.com contact form and ticking the box that says "Yes, text me" (for texts) and/or "Yes, call me" (for calls and prerecorded voicemails). Both boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. If you tick "Yes, text me", we send a confirmation text: "Fan Bridge Media / Jonathan Rivera: You're subscribed to updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel." If you tick only "Yes, call me", we will not text you.

What we send. Replies to your inquiry; appointment and call reminders; and marketing messages about Jonathan Rivera's and Fan Bridge Media's services, events and community. Marketing calls may include prerecorded voicemails. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text to cancel. We also honor STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT, and any other reasonable way you tell us you want to stop, including telling us on a call or through the contact form. After you opt out, we send one final confirmation text: "Fan Bridge Media / Jonathan Rivera: You're unsubscribed and won't receive more messages. To rejoin, opt in again at imjonrivera.com/contact." Each text and call tells you how to opt out.

Quiet hours. We send marketing texts and calls only between 8 AM and 8 PM in your local time.

Your mobile information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
