Privacy Policy

This website, imjonrivera.com (the "Site"), is operated by Fan Bridge Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Fan Bridge Media", "we", "us"), on behalf of Jonathan Rivera. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: when you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, and, if you choose, your company, the topic you select, and your mobile phone number.
  • Consent records: if you enter a phone number, we record whether you ticked the text and/or call consent boxes, the exact wording and version of each box, the date and time, the page URL, the form ID, your IP address and your browser's user agent. We keep these records to prove and honor your choice.
  • Information collected automatically: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to collect device and usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city/country, derived from IP address), browser type and time on page. We do not collect this until you consent where consent is required.
  • Security data: our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and hosting providers process your IP address and technical data to keep the Site secure.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment information on this Site.

2. How we use information

  • To reply to your message and handle your request.
  • If you opt in, to send you marketing calls, texts and prerecorded voicemails about Jonathan Rivera's and Fan Bridge Media's services, events and community, to the mobile number you gave. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or using the contact form. See our SMS Policy at /sms-policy.
  • To keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out, so we can honor it.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it (only with analytics consent).
  • To protect the Site from spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

We rely on: your consent (analytics cookies; marketing calls, texts and prerecorded voicemails); our legitimate interests (replying to inquiries you send, securing the Site); steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (e.g. a project inquiry); and our legal obligations and legitimate interests in keeping consent and opt-out records.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our communications, under contracts that limit their use of it: website hosting, database and form processing (Lovable Cloud), transactional email delivery (Lovable Cloud email), Cloudflare (DNS, security and Turnstile spam protection), Google (Analytics/Tag Manager, with consent), and, if you opt in to calls and texts, our messaging and calling platform and its carrier partners. Inquiries may be routed to the relevant company Jonathan leads (Fan Bridge Media or WeTrackData) to answer your request. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of a business.

Mobile information: we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See "Do Not Sell or Share" at /do-not-sell.

6. Retention

  • Contact-form submissions: 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Consent records (checkbox text and version, timestamp, IP address, page URL, phone number): 5 years after you revoke consent or after the last message we send, whichever is later.
  • Opt-out (STOP / do-not-contact) records: for as long as we send calls or texts, so your opt-out is always honored.
  • Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Server, security and spam-protection logs: per provider, typically 30–90 days.
  • Your cookie-consent choice: 12 months.

We keep data longer only if the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; receive a copy in a portable format; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing); and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. You can withdraw call and text consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA, where applicable): you have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone if given, IP address), commercial inquiry information (your message), consent records, and internet activity (with consent), from you and your device, for the purposes above. We have not sold or shared personal information. You may use an authorized agent; we may need to verify your identity and the agent's authority. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing.
  • EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have the rights listed above, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Your information may be processed in the United States; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers' EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework commitments.
  • Other U.S. states with privacy laws: you may have similar rights, including the right to appeal a decision about your request.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, spam protection) to protect personal information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

The Site links to other sites (such as Skool, Fan Bridge Media, WeTrackData and social networks). Their privacy practices are their own.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
